Ice Cream is an Indica-dominant hybrid offered by Paradise Seeds. It has placed in two prestigious Highlife Cup Competitions. In 2008, Ice Cream came in 2nd in the Hydro category, and in 2009, it placed 3rd in the Bio category.

This strain is 60% Indica and 40% Sativa. The high usually starts with the Sativa effects, generating uplifting moods with heady cerebral sensations. Users report feeling more creative. Adults diagnosed with ADD/ ADHD report feeling more focused. The Indica effects follow, often producing numbing laziness, sedation, and increased appetite. Negative effects include the usual dry eyes and mouth. Some anxiety, dizziness, and paranoia may also occur (especially with higher doses).
